A Commitment to Accuracy and Evidence

At Rotorgraph, everything we do is built around one simple principle: helping our clients make informed decisions based on accurate evidence rather than assumptions.

Whether we are inspecting a residential roof, documenting a flood-damaged warehouse, capturing a digital twin following a major fire or supporting a Chartered Surveyor with detailed building data, our focus remains the same. We provide clear, reliable information that helps property owners, insurers, loss adjusters, architects and contractors understand the true condition of a building and plan their next steps with confidence.

Technology plays an important role in how we work, but it is only part of the process. The real value comes from knowing what to inspect, what to document and how to present the findings in a way that supports meaningful decisions.

Gary Brown

Director

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about Rotorgraph Surveys Ltd. I started Rotorgraph because I believed there was a better way to inspect and understand buildings. Too often, important decisions were being made based on limited access, incomplete information or simply guesswork. My goal was to use modern technology to give clients a clearer picture of what's really happening, helping them make decisions with confidence.
What began as a specialist drone roof inspection business has evolved into a nationwide surveying and digital documentation service supporting homeowners, surveyors, architects, insurers, loss adjusters and commercial property professionals.
Over the years, I've learned that the technology itself is only part of the story. Clients don't come to us because we own drones, 360° cameras or laser scanning equipment. They come to us because they need reliable evidence and clear answers. Our job is to capture the right information, present it clearly and help our clients understand their buildings, reduce risk and move projects forward with confidence.
Whether we're inspecting a residential roof, documenting a major fire or flood event, or creating a digital twin of a commercial property, our focus remains the same: providing dependable information that supports better decisions.
I'm incredibly proud of the reputation we've built for reliability, professionalism and straightforward service. Looking ahead, my vision is simple – to continue growing Rotorgraph as a trusted partner for property inspection, digital documentation and building intelligence across the UK.
I look forward to working with you.

Ethan Brown

Assistant Director | Survey Technician | Drone Pilot

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about Ethan and his role within Rotorgraph Surveys Ltd.
Having grown up around the business, joining Rotorgraph felt like a natural progression. From an early age, Ethan developed an interest in technology, aviation and problem solving, and quickly discovered that surveying combined all three. He enjoys the challenge that every project brings, knowing that no two properties, inspections or client requirements are ever quite the same.
Today, Ethan plays an important role within the day-to-day delivery of our services, working across drone roof inspections, digital twins, point cloud surveys, photogrammetry, 360° virtual tours and major loss documentation projects. Whether capturing data on a residential property, documenting a fire-damaged building or assisting with large commercial surveys, he enjoys being out on site, meeting clients and helping deliver accurate information that supports important decisions.
Ethan is particularly skilled in drone operations, data capture, CAD floor plans, technology and practical problem solving. As an A2 CofC qualified drone pilot with 360 Virtual Tour training, alongside asbestos and fire awareness certification, he is committed to maintaining the high standards that Rotorgraph is known for. His focus is always on ensuring projects are completed professionally, reports are delivered to the required standard and clients receive the level of service they expect.
Like the rest of the team, Ethan understands that clients are not simply looking for photographs or data. They need reliable information they can trust. Whether working with homeowners, Chartered Surveyors, architects, insurers or property professionals, his goal is to help provide the clear evidence and documentation needed to move projects forward with confidence.
As Rotorgraph continues to grow, Ethan is excited to be part of the company's future. His ambition is to continue developing his skills, embrace new technologies and ultimately help lead Rotorgraph into its next chapter, building on the reputation for professionalism, reliability and quality that has been established over the years.
Outgoing, driven and always willing to take on a challenge, Ethan represents the next generation of Rotorgraph Surveys Ltd, helping to ensure clients continue to receive accurate information when it matters most.
