Nearly unable to do this Roof Inspection today due to it being right on the inner perimeter of the Restricted – No Fly Zone – on the Manchester Airport approach runway… However after a chat with a very helpful chap at Air Traffic Control and agreeing on a maximum working height and length of stay we were given the all important clearance. This was for another homebuyer looking to get a RICS Chartered Surveyor – Roof Condition Report to help with their decision to sign off the all important purchase or not.
