Case Study: Home Buyer Roof Inspection & Condition Report

The Brief

Rotorgraph Ltd where approached by a potential home buyer living all the way down in the South looking to purchase a property up in the Lake District…. they were concerned that there was no mention about the roof in the sellers or solicitors documentation. We therefore attended the property and carried out a full roof inspection using a drone. We then provided a RICS Chartered Surveyor – Roof Condition Report which has definitely helped the buyer understand exactly what works need carrying out before making the all important purchasing decision.
