Rotorgraph Specialist Roof Surveys were approached by a large college in Bradford needing a full roof inspection of their boiler site. As always we agreed a competitive fee and immediately carried out a full independent drone roof inspection and then provided the facilities team with a RICS Chartered Surveyor – Roof Condition Report within just 1 week. Our independent report was gratefully received and will certainly enable the property team with recommendations on what is required to carry out our recommended findings to bring the roofs back to industry guidelines.
