We immediately attended the property and carried out a full independent drone roof inspection and then provided the owner with a RICS Chartered Surveyor – Roof Condition Report. This independent report will enable the property owner with recommendations on what is required to professionally finish and carry out the work to a satisfactory industry guideline.
