DRONE ROOF SURVEY COST UK

By SEO BLOG

DRONE ROOF SURVEY COST UK

Rotorgraph use only the very latest in technology to carry out Roof Drone Surveys & Inspections. We have a large network of fully CAA licensed and insured drone operators throughout the UK.

Roof inspections are usually requested by home buyers, estate agents, building societies and insurance Loss Adjusters. They can pick everything from a blocked drain to the need for a complete roof replacement. So what does a roof inspection cost in the UK?

We can very carry out drone roof surveys – safely, quickly and more importantly its’s extremely affordable. This will avoid using scaffolding, expensive cherry pickers or even having to carry out lengthy risk assessments.

Once you’ve given us a call for a drone roof survey we will need the postcode,  so we can take a very basic look at the location on google maps which will allow us to quickly provide you with a competitive quotation for a drone survey carrying out.

If you only wish to get photos and video of your roof we can quote for an inspection only – however we are also able to provide a full written Roof Condition Report (SEE BELOW EXAMPLES OF WHAT WE PROVIDE)

  • Drone surveys can be carried out without ladders, scaffolding or other equipment
  • Drone surveys can be completed very quickly, so time and money are saved

So how much does a drone survey cost in the UK? this of course will vary on the type of work required, the drone and other equipment required and the manpower and expertise involved. A routine job such as a drone roof inspection carried out by one pilot could cost as little as £295. A more advanced survey of a large property and commercial structure can cost from £500 upwards. However there is not job too small or large that can’t be carried out to your satisfaction by Rotorgraph.

Although there’s some initial outlay to have a drone survey, it can save you money in the long run. If you’re looking to buy a property it means you can look at otherwise hard to access places, so you know exactly what you’re taking on. For example, a drone survey may reveal damage to a roof, chimney or guttering. You could use the evidence of drone survey photographs to negotiate with the current owner of the property.

Drone surveys can also be useful in insurance claims. If you have clear evidence that your roof was in a good state of repair before a storm, an insurance company can’t put your claim down to ‘wear and tear’ as they often try to. If you need to gather evidence to submit an insurance claim, aerial photographs are perfect.

Bradford Tyre Site - Inferno - Manchester Road 16/11/2020 - Rotorgraph

Bradford Tyre Site – Inferno – Manchester Road 16/11/2020

By News

A MAJOR inferno broke out at a Tyre Site off Manchester Road on Upper Castle Street, East Bowling, Bradford today at around 3am Monday 16/11/2020.

At the height of the inferno there was around 100+ firemen on scene all working hard to bring the fire to an end. The below photos and video were taken at 10:05am and the fire was still hours away from being put out. It is believed the fire teams from all around West Yorkshire were called upon to tackle the inferno.

This has had a major impact on travel with the adjoining railway being temporarily closed for safety, and local schools Rainbow Primary, Bronte Girls Academy, Dixons City Academy and Dixons Free Sixth Form were all closed for the day and access in and around the area was down to a bare minimum.

All local residents were instructed to keep their windows closed – the smoke could be seen from far and wide and could be easily seen from upto 10 miles away.

Rotorgraph are fully insured and have full CAA permission and police onsite were informed and full permission received for drone take off from business owner Edward Sissling of A.C Sissling Ironmongers  BD4 7BL.
